Customer support.Handled.
Trigli reads every support email and chat, drafts replies from your own docs, and routes each one by confidence. It sends what it is sure of. It shows you the rest.
Free plan. No credit card. No sales call.
Product preview: the Trigli inbox reads each incoming support email, scores its confidence, and routes it. High-confidence replies are auto-sent, mid-confidence replies are drafted for review, and low-confidence emails are flagged for a human.
You answer the same six questions every day. Usually at 9 pm.
Where is my order. Do you ship to Ireland. How do refunds work. The questions never change, but each one still costs you a reply, and the backlog gets cleared on your evenings. Trigli writes those answers from your own docs so only the real problems reach you.
Live in an afternoon.
Three steps between signing up and your first drafted reply.
Connect your inbox
One-click OAuth for Gmail or Microsoft 365. Trigli never sees your password, and you can disconnect any time.
Upload what you know
PDFs, policies, SOPs, saved replies. This becomes the only material the AI answers from.
Set your threshold
Above it, replies send themselves. Below it, they wait for you as drafts. The shakiest ones skip straight to a human.
Every reply gets a score. The score decides.
One incoming email, three possible paths. You choose the threshold. The floor is ours.
Example: an incoming customer email is scored for confidence and takes one of the three paths below.
The reply goes out with your signature and gets logged. You spot-check it in the dashboard, not before it sends.
A finished reply waits in your drafts. One click to send, or edit it first. Nothing has reached the customer yet.
Nothing is sent. The email is flagged for your team with the AI's context attached, so a human starts warm.
Below 0.40, Trigli never auto-sends. Automation rules can't override it. The floor is in the code, not the settings.
Answers in seconds.
A human one click away.
One line of code puts the widget on your site. It answers from the same docs as your email, under your brand and your bot's name. When a visitor needs a person, it routes to your team. When nobody is online, it collects an email and your team follows up.
Visitors can send photos. Different customer types can see different docs. Transcripts land in email for both sides.

Go argue with one of our bots.
These are our own sites, not customer logos. Trigli is new, so rather than borrow someone else's brand for a trust badge, here is the product doing the actual job. Open the chat and ask it something awkward.
pickmysquare.com
Squares pools and brackets. Ask it how to set up a board, or what happens at overtime.
Open the chatbigguyonstuff.com
Gear reviews and how-tos. Ask it to recommend something for your situation.
Open the chattrigli.com
Our own site. Same widget, same setup, answering questions about Trigli itself.
Bottom-right, right nowProduct preview: a support ticket with priority, an assignee, an overdue SLA badge, and an AI-suggested reply the agent can send or edit.
The hard ones get a number, an owner, and a clock.
Low-confidence emails, repeat contacts, and chat escalations become tickets automatically. Email tickets carry the AI's drafted reply, ready to send or rework. Chat tickets arrive with the full transcript attached. SLAs tick per priority, and overdue work gets loud before your customer has to ask twice.
What if the AI says something wrong?
The honest answer: Trigli is built so it can't wing it.
Answers from your docs, not the model's memory
No training-data trivia, no improvising. If your docs do not cover it, the AI flags a human instead of guessing. Web search, if you ask us to switch it on, is the one logged exception.
A hard floor on auto-send
Below 0.40 confidence, nothing sends automatically. Not configurable, not overridable by automation rules.
Drafts first, until you say otherwise
Auto-send ships turned off. Every reply starts as a draft you approve. Flip the switch when the drafts have earned it.
A human is always reachable
Chat hands off to your team on request. Uncertain emails wait for review. The AI never stands between your customer and a person.
Under the hood: OAuth 2.0 for your inbox connection, so we never see your email password. AES-256-GCM encryption for connected-account tokens at rest. Your data is scoped to your account, and nothing you upload is used to train anyone else's model.
The rest of the toolkit.
Knowledge base
PDFs, pasted text, or imported URLs. Public docs feed the widget, private ones stay internal.
Automation rules
Route by category, sender, or subject. Auto-send, draft, escalate, or skip. On every plan.
Smart classification
Spam and off-topic mail filtered out before the AI spends anything answering it.
Web search
Off by default. Ask us to switch it on and the AI can check the live web when your docs run out, with every search logged.
Reply templates
Teach it the phrasing you would have typed anyway.
Style learning
Scans your sent mail to pick up your tone and standing policies. On Growth plans and up.
Notifications where you work
Escalations ping Microsoft Teams, email, browser push, or the in-app bell.
Live visitor view
See who is on your site and which page they are reading, as it happens.
Built for ten-person teams, not thousand-seat rollouts.
No implementation project
No onboarding team, no CSM, no six-month rollout. Connect your inbox, upload your docs, go.
Priced for small teams
Plans sized by volume, not per-seat sprawl. The free plan is for real use, not a demo.
Your docs, not macros
Answers grounded in what you wrote, not a canned macro library someone has to maintain.
Start free. Stay free if it fits.
The free plan handles 50 support emails, 25 chats, and 10 tickets a month, with no card on file. Paid plans raise the ceilings and add team seats. New paid subscriptions start with a 14-day trial.

How does Trigli work?
Upload your business documents, SOPs, and policies. Connect your Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox via OAuth. Trigli uses AI to read incoming support emails, generate accurate replies based on your documentation, and route them by confidence level. High-confidence replies can be auto-sent, while lower-confidence ones are drafted for human review.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 AI-handled emails per month, 25 chat conversations, 10 tickets, 1 connected email account, 3 documents, and 1 template. No credit card required to get started.
What email providers are supported?
Trigli supports Gmail and Microsoft 365 (Outlook), both connected via OAuth 2.0.
Can I add live chat to my website?
Yes. Trigli includes a live chat widget you can embed on your website with a single line of code. The AI answers visitor questions from your knowledge base and hands off to a live agent when needed.
How does the ticketing system work?
Easy emails and chats get an AI reply. Complex ones (low confidence, repeat contacts, safety-adjacent topics) become tickets with priority, an assignee, and an SLA clock. When a complex email becomes a ticket, the AI's drafted reply is saved on it so your agent can send it as-is or edit it first. Tickets show overdue badges and notify your team when SLA deadlines pass.
Does the AI ever make things up?
Trigli is designed to answer only from your uploaded documentation. If the AI is not confident in its answer, it flags the message for human review rather than guessing. You stay in the loop on the ones the AI is not sure about.
Trigli just launched. I'm looking for my first ten customers.
I'm Tommy, and I built Trigli. There's no sales team here; email lands in my inbox and I answer it myself. You can start free on your own, or email me and I'll set it up with you personally on a 20-minute call. For your first two weeks I'll review replies alongside you so nothing goes out that shouldn't. And if Trigli isn't the right fit for how you do support, I'll tell you that too.
Stop drowning in support email.
The easy ones send themselves. The hard ones wait for you.
Free plan. No credit card. No sales call.
