What happens if I exceed a monthly limit?
On the Free bundle, the channel that hit its cap stops accepting new work for the rest of the month. New emails go unprocessed and the chat widget hides for visitors. Limits reset on the 1st. On paid bundles, contact us to discuss overage options or upgrade to a higher tier.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing is discounted versus paying month-to-month. The exact dollars saved appear on each plan card when you toggle to Annual.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
All paid bundles come with a 14-day free trial. You enter payment details at signup, but you are not charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be billed.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free bundle requires no credit card. When you upgrade to a paid bundle, you enter payment details to start your 14-day free trial.
